Feeling stuck?
You’re not alone.
Sometimes, life, work, or relationships feel like they’ve hit a wall. Whether it’s personal struggles, team dynamics, or organizational challenges, the sense of being “stuck” can lead to frustration, disconnection, and stagnation.
But this isn’t the end—it’s a signal. A signal that something needs to shift, and with the right guidance, these blocks can be transformed into opportunities for growth.
Reconnecting to flow through body, mind, and systems
My coaching is designed to help you identify the hidden blockages—emotional, mental, or systemic—that keep you stuck. By combining trauma-informed, body-centered practices with a deep understanding of human and organizational systems, I guide you back into movement.
My work integrates
Somatic practices
Our bodies hold onto past experiences, shaping how we feel and respond. Through breathwork, mindful movement, and body awareness, I help you reconnect with your body, release tension, and restore vitality.
Mindful awareness
By observing your thoughts and emotions without judgment, you can break free from old patterns. Mindfulness fosters clarity, self-compassion, and intentional living, creating a strong foundation for change.
Systemic insights
We’re shaped by the systems we belong to—families, teams, or communities. I help uncover hidden dynamics and remove blockages to restore harmony and alignment, enabling growth and connection.

Coach for neurosystemic Integration

1 / My Journey
I began my professional life in the fast-paced world of startups, co-founding a small business in Berlin. There, I gained hands-on experience in all facets of entrepreneurship—product development, fundraising, marketing, team building, and leadership. Over time, I realized that while external success was fulfilling, true growth required an inner journey. This realization propelled me into a deep exploration of mindfulness, yoga, and trauma healing.
2 / My Vision
I believe in a world where people thrive in connection, creativity, and flow. My mission is to help individuals and teams move past what feels stuck—whether in their personal lives or professional environments—so they can return to vitality and alignment. By integrating practical tools and deep inner work, I aim to empower transformation that is both sustainable and fulfilling.
3 / My Experience
I’ve worked as an Agile Coach and Scrum Master, helping teams and organizations embrace change and grow. My trauma-informed coaching builds on trainings in NI Neurosystemic Integration® (trauma-sensitive coaching | holistic-integrative trauma work), business coaching and change management consulting, yoga teaching, Agile Coaching, Buddhist meditation and many more trainings in the last years of personal transformation and healing. Combining my background in startups and organizational development with somatic and mindfulness practices, I bring a unique perspective to supporting individuals and systems in unlocking their potential.

Typical Coaching Session Flow

1
Check-in
We begin with a grounding moment, creating a safe space to arrive in the present. This involves a short body practice such as shaking, breathing exercises, or a body scan. We'll then take a moment to check in with what is currently present for you and how you're feeling in the space.
2
Assessment of the Current Situation
Here, we explore where you may feel "stuck" or frozen in your life. We’ll uncover how this shows up, how it feels, and how you perceive it. This is the first step in identifying the core of what's preventing you from moving forward.
3
Goal Identification
Next, we clarify what you truly desire—what would it feel like for things to flow again? We envision what success looks like and feel into the positive shift you’re seeking. This gives us a guiding vision for the session.
4
Discovering & Releasing Blockages
This phase involves uncovering what contributes to the "freeze" within you. We explore what in your system is holding back the transformation and preventing movement. Through grounding techniques, we continually move from thought into body awareness, unlocking stuck energy, and bringing things back into flow.
5
Check-out
At the end, we take another moment to check in with how you feel. This can include another round of grounding exercises like shaking, breathing, or a body scan. We will reflect on what has shifted and close with a gentle return to the present moment, ensuring you leave feeling balanced and centered.
